Daniel also brings experience with more complex real estate matters, including corporate ownership structures, small business dispositions, mergers and windups, and private placement structures involving Offering Memorandums under the Securities Act of BC. This background gives him a broader understanding of the strategic, financial, and practical considerations that can affect significant real estate transactions.
